Hasn't been hemmed. Alterations (French bustle, cups added, and taken in a smidgen at the waist) done by Fay Carraher in Billerica, MA. Was dry cleaned after "rock the frock;" has been in my closet since July 2010. Will also throw in my veil, if interested. 
I live in East Boston, and can meet in the Boston area for you to try it on/see it in person. Price negotiable.
