We would like to do a non traditional reception since my fiancé does not dance. We had an idea to host a wine and beer tasting since my fiancé has access to get great options at a low cost. Has any one has experience with this. I'm not sure who I would get to poor at the tables or if there is a way to best up areas without people staffing them to serve. Any ideas or experience is appreciated.
