I am looking to wear my mothers wedding gown, however, it is very modest
with full sleeves and basically no skin showing except the head. I
would like to re-design it and add a bunch of lace over it but am not
sure who is best around Raleigh to do this? I need someone that does more than just alterations, someone that can re-design. Any suggestions?? Thanks!
