Shops that carry Sally Crew?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any shops that carry Sally Crew dresses in the Portland/Vancouver area. She doesn't have a website, so I'm having a hard time tracking down other shops (besides the pricy one in Seattle) that sell her gowns.
