Use  reverse image search. Go to Google, click Images, and click the camera in the search bar.  Upload the pic.  It finds it by the photo.

This picture is from an Etsy seller who was selling the veil in said picture.  I asked her about the dress and this is what she said "This is a ralph laren dress and I bought it at bloomingdales a couple years ago. I do not know the style number and I am not sure it is available anymore".
