event painter?

I attended my FI's brother's wedding in Philly this past wknd and it was lovely.  They had a life painter who painted the wedding.  It was simply gorgeous and an idea I've never seen in the many weddings I've attended. 

Before I go to google, I was wondering if any RI brides have done this or seen this done at a wedding in RI and suggestions on who to use? TIA

    If anyone is interested, I found Mark DeSilva, out of Cranston.  His work looks beautiful and his prices are reasonable.  I think it's a really cool addition to the wedding and am so excited for it!
