Austin venues that allow you to bring your own booze?

Hello all!

Newly engaged and searching for venues in and around Austin.  I know I'm not the first to wonder, so I thought I'd try to leverage any research you all have already done...

What venues in/around Austin allow you to provide your own alcohol for the reception?  

Hopefully, this discussion with help others as well!  (I'll keep posting what I find too.)

I just got married at the Vista on Seward Hill. They let me buy my own alcohol, although the did require me to have bartenders with insurance...I was able to book them through my caterer.

I got married at The Winfield Inn, and they are also BYOB as long as their bartender serves you. It was a really great place. A little more expensive than what we originally wanted but they do in house catering, all the rentals are provided in house as well, wedding planning is included, and you get to spend the night at their glorious house. it was so great!

House on the Hill is BYOB and there are no stipulations on who seves it.

the wildflower barn lets you just put alcohol and guest can serve themselves. cute place but the owner isn't as nice as he could be.

Caswell House allows you to bring in your own alcohol but requires that it be served by a TABC-certified bartender.  The facilities manager there is TABC-certified and can be hired to tend bar.
