Renault Winery has filed for Bankruptcy. Please call them to make sure that all of your potential plans with them still stand. If they will no longer be able to host your event (there was supposed to be a sheriff's auction), you will need to file a proof of claim in their bankruptcy action to get your deposit and any other monies back. There was an article on Philly.com about it. Their bankruptcy is in the District of NJ - Camden.
You can google "Proof of Claim - bankruptcy" and find the form you need to fill out. Fill it out as best as you can and mail it to the Courthouse in Camden. Send two copies and one with a self addressed stamped return envelope, so you can have a time stamped copy returned for your records. You do not need to pay a lawyer for this.
