Places to find a floor-length dress?

I had posted here last week (I think?) about a BM asking about wearing a short dress for my wedding. I'm letting them pick their own dresses, but I asked for it to be tea length or floor length, not short. A few of you suggested she may be having trouble finding a long dress, so I called her and offered to help her shop. She admitted that yes, she could use some help. I want to help her find something good that's in her budget, that she'll love wearing! 

I already know of the typical places like Lulu's, Modcloth, Macy's, J Crew, and David's Bridal. Where else should I check? 

• The dress needs to be floor length or tea length
  
• No satin, and I asked the girls to avoid a lot of lace if possible 
  
• $100 or under (preferably under!) 
  
• Blush pink, dusty pink, rose pink, peach, or really any shade of pale pink 
• It doesn't need to be from a wedding shop. It can look a little more casual (we can always dress it up with accessories!)
• Neckline doesn't matter, sleeves or straps or whatever doesn't matter

Any other details I left out? 

If anyone knows of any websites or stores I need to check out that would possibly have this type of dress in her price range, please let me know! TIA

Might have some luck at Windsor as well, although they're light on pink right now. Unfortunately as opposed to bridesmaid designers/retailers which don't really follow seasons as much, traditional retailers do. So red is really easy to find now, but pink will be more available in the spring.
