We signed a contract with Jay Kossman to shoot our wedding photos and we are experiencing the same problem. The contract reads "estimated 30 business days turn around time" It has been more than 60 business days since the wedding. When we confronted Jay he said "it's an estimate not an exact date" so I guess Jay believes that DOUBLE is an accurate estimate...
He also lead us to believe that he lives in Brecksville, Ohio when he really lives in Parma, OH and uses a UPS box in Brecksville. If you want to book Jay read the contract carefully and make him remove the estimated turn around times.
