Went dress shopping with mom & best friend last weekend. Said YES to the dress (Maggie Sottero - Jade) - and veil and jewelry! SO in love with it! Now just have to wait for it to come in...

@BrandNewJ I don't have pics of the exact jewelry bc it is being made by a lady here in Cincinnati, OH - what I tried on that day was similar to what I ordered, but I made some changes so that it would complement the dress better. I might be able to get pics of what I tried on that day from my mom.

@djharmon28‌ are you wearing big jewelry with it or going simple?? I was thinking of just some drop earrings and a bracelet. I wish I would've tried jewelry on with it!!

@augbride87 I am going simple. No necklace, simple bracelet and matching drop earrings (love that we both were thinking this!!) with pearls/crystals that match what is on the dress. I might be able to get a BAD picture on here in a bit of those two items on me. I am also doing a hair piece that matches the bracelet/ earrings.

At first they were throwing these big necklaces and chunky bracelets at me and it just did not look right to me at all. And with all the beading at the top and on the straps I didn't think a necklace was necessary.

Great minds!! Glad you tried big jewelry so I don't have to waist my time. I got a super simple pearl Anne Klein bracelet and am trying to find earrings I like.

@augbride87‌ I love it! We must be doing something right! Ok so I am attaching two super blurry pics of what I ordered. The pearls will be slightly different bc these weren't the right color. And the hair piece which I don't have a pic of is matching to the other two. Hope this works from mobile!

@augbride87 Sorry - totally missed this! They initially told me June, so, we'll see! I am pretty active already - weights and cardio 3-4 times a week is my reg. But I would like to find some specialized back/arm workouts to really get in a good place for August. It's SUPER important for this dress, that's for sure, LOL!
