I need an OFFICIANT-HELP

Hi,

We're getting married in Providence next September.  FI and I are both Catholic but have decided not to get married in a church.  For logistics reasons we're getting married at our venue and cocktail hour/reception will immediately follow.

Finding an officiant is proving to be our most difficult task thus far.  The first woman we contacted (Paula from Heart and Soul) booked another wedding prior to the date we scheduled to meet her in person.  We skyped with Ed and Darlene Schlesinger (sp?) and besides them being 20 minutes late for our "meeting," w no explanation, we just thought they were a little odd.

Does anyone have a good rec for us? TIA

    I met with Rev. Charlie Cavalconte at his home. He was very personable, asked great questions and offered good advice/insight on various parts of ceremonies. I would definitely recommend him.

    Thank you! I actually emailed him a few weeks ago and just heard back.  He's unavailable on our date, but Cheryl (his wife?) is, so we may meet her.
