Double digits!!

We just broke in to the double digits today - 99 days to go. WOW.

What loose ends do you guys have to tie up?

We haven't met with our officiant yet, though we have been in contact. We had our envelopes addressed by a friend, and I plan to get them all stuffed and sealed over the next two weeks (hooray for being a teacher on Winter Break!!). We are doing our table numbers ourselves - FI is a welder and I ride horses so he's making something crafty with horseshoes... I want to have those done over break too. After I go back to school January 5th I don't have any other extra time off before the wedding. Ahh!!

Also, side note - how many days off are you guys taking before/after your weddings??

I'm down to 91 days! I work in truancy so I'll be doing my DIY's over break too. I'm finishing my card box, putting ribbon around my centerpiece vases, working on my seating chart board, putting together invitations, starting hotel welcome bags and decorating candy bar bags. My bridal shower will also be over Christmas break so hopefully I can get some thank you cards written before 1/5!

I haven't met officially with my officiant but will by the middle of Jan. Also doing tastings-yummy. Still have to figure out what I'm doing with transportation, but it's looking like a classic car (Rolls Royce). 

Getting married Sat 3/7, honeymoon is Monday 3/9-Monday 3/16 and requested off from 3/3 to 3/18. Wedding is 4 hours away and leaving for honeymoon from my wedding location, so I have to factor in driving.

My wedding will be on 3/21. I'll definitely have 3/20 off work, probably a half day on 3/19 then back to work on the 23rd. Our honeymoon will be 3 weeks later.

I am off just a few days before because we are traveling from Indiana to Massachusetts for our wedding (I am originally from New England).  

My amazing Maid of Honor is making the card box and I am trying to keep the DIY for me to a minimum.  

The biggest thing we have to work on is our ceremony.  A very good friend of ours is officiating (in Massachusetts you can have anyone officiate with a one day license from the state) so we are writing our whole ceremony!  Thank goodness for the internet for sample scripts and readings!
