Wedding locations and where to find a justice of a peace

I have a few questions first where in Madison can I find a justice of a peace to do our wedding and how much will that cost also I need nice wedding locations I wanna do it outside

    How many people, what time of year, any particular theme you're going for other than "outside"???  Are you willing to travel outside of Madison proper or ???  There are TONS of beautiful venues down that way just need to know the parameters you're wanting besides JOP..
