metropolitan at the 9

Has anyone looked into Metropolitan at the 9 for a ceremony and/or reception?  I know it's a new venue so I haven't been able to find much info. yet.  Just curious about pricing, capacity, etc.

I am having my ceremony there and they are really nice. It was really reasonable pricing (well we booked our ceremony before they were even open so the pricing might be a bit higher now).
