Wedding elopement coordinator

I'm getting married in May 2015 near Winter Springs, Fl. We will elope but I envision a wedding-like elopement with champagne, cake, flowers and nice sit down dinner to celebrate. We will have approx. 10 guests. We have booked the ceremony venue and photographer but still need help with planning the rest. I have a demanding job and I feel time is running out. Can anyone please recommend any professionals who will help me with referring  vendors, assist with moving the flowers from the ceremony venue to the restaurant, etc?

I think if you're having 10 guests and a reception, it's not actually an elopement! Just a very intimate ceremony/wedding.

So far the ladies at the busy bee are AMAZING. I just came back to Orlando from having my tasting at my venue. I hired TBB only for DOC, but they insisted they drive down to Miami as well to be present for the tasting and to do a walk through! Attention to detail and their service has been top notch so far.
