Hi!

I went to login on my surface, and it said it didn't recognize my password. I went to request a new password, and it says my emaildoesn't exist.

Could this be related to having my bump account deleted?

    Hey there,

    Yes, that's definitely the reason. I've updated your account and you should be able to login properly now. Please make sure that you don't go to The Bump, or else it will void your account deletion (no content will come back, but your account will be reactivated).
