What is normally included in invitation kits?
I found one that I love but it only includes 5 x 7" invites with envelopes and smaller RVSP cards with their envelopes.
Should they also include another separate card for the location of the reception?

    Not necessarily. Our kit was like yours and included exactly these items. We just bought cardstock and made an insert with reception info, hotel block info and shuttle info.
