Photo booth contract question

I am looking for a photo booth for my wedding and I came across this company I like.  When requested a contract to look over, we received this web contracting page, where the only information on the contract section is the package description.  From your experience, did you receive an extensive contract or terms and conditions from the photo booth company (beyond your package)?

    We had a full contract, with payment plan, timeline for delivery of photos on CD, what happened in case of equipment failure, etc ~ the full shebang. I would expect an extensive contract from a professional I could trust.

    What was the name of the company I'm looking to rent a photo booth also.  But I don't want to spend over $300 for 2 hours
