Seating Chart: What's your preference?

Hey all!

So we are doing a seating chart (insert applause here)! As a guest, how would you rather view your table assignment? Alphabetically or by table?

Alphabetically.

Definitely alphabetically.

It's much easier for the guests to group the list by last name.   I think it will also lead to faster times wherever they are displayed.

I've seen both for weddings. As long as the table number is clearly seen, both work I went to one wedding and had to be directed to my table because I couldn't see the number. Luckily they had people helping do that.

I'm putting numbers and having a picture showing how it'll be set up.

If it's listed on a big sign by table, you have to literally read through every single name until you find yours. If it's alphabetically then you can just go to your name and see what table you're at.
