Where did you start?

Hi ladies. I'm considering a DW and have no idea where to really begin. I know the general area (Louisville/Lexington/Winchester, KY) but there are SO many venues and options to choose from. Did any of you hire a local planner to help you for the day? I'm thinking this would help A LOT as they would know average cost of each venue, etc. Any other tips?

    It sounds like you are having more of a traditional wedding but just in a different location from where you are located. Since your wedding would be in KY, I can move this to a local board if you'd like so you can get info from other brides planning weddings in that area. Just let me know!
