First of all thank you all for the positive vibes! He didn't get the job, as they interviewed someone who was more qualified and had more experience than him.
But the regional manager and corporate are super impressed with him and they told him they want to prep him for ASM. Within the company he is in now, what he wants to do is be operations manager but first he has to be ASM.
He is happy and excited, and I am so very proud of him!
