My FI and I have narrowed down our venues to two...the Royal Oak Farmers Market and 30 North in downtown Pontiac.
We want to do a cost analysis between the two. We expect about 175 guests. Both facilities are $2,500.00 to rent, and include tables and set up by their staff. Both do not offer catering.
ROFM requires us to provide the booze (packages are available at 30 N).
30 N requires us to contract a Valet service (parking is included at the ROFM).
Does anyone have an idea of cost for either of these?
