Name Change Question

Question maybe someone will know something about....

I got married June 25. First question, is there a time period you must change your name by?

2nd, I am relocating from Chicago to Tampa, FL. Must I change my name legally in Chicago, since that is where we married? Or can I change my name in Florida instead?
