Unable to add registry (No email response in 2 weeks)

I have a registry that is not showing up on my website, and I'm not able to add it manually, either. I sent an email to feedback@theknot.com asking for help 2 weeks ago, and no response. How can I fix this?

  • I was able to fix this myself last night after installing an ad blocker ad-on for Chrome. As I note in my other post to this board, intrusive ads make navigating the editing features for personal sites very challenging!
