I am working on making menu cards and I'm not sure how to word them. We are having 5 courses: Maryland blue crab soup, salad, chicken crepes with a gouda cream sauce, entree, and dessert.
I am not sure what the chicken crepes would be considered and how to list them. Obviously, if we weren't having them I would list the courses like:
Coule the crepes be considered an appetizer? Could I list it like:
That seems kind of weird to me, but I dont want to just list them as first course, second course, third course and so on.. Help me, please!
