The oasis at Wild horse ranch menu options?

I was wondering if anybody knew if the food options is included in their price online?? It's vaguely worded and they're not open by phone until tomorrow. Also any reviews on the venue as a whole would be appreciated.

I love this venue so much! I am getting married there next weekend.  The food tasting is incredible! We got plate after plate to try and we got to pick and choose anything.  As for you and your sig other, we got to pick whatever we wanted for ourselves.  The amazing thing is they can work with you and try and make anything you want.  We got rib eye and chicken with about 4 different sauces, a mashed potato bar, veggies, and mango sorbet with ice cream as refresher at the end of the meal.  The appetizers are also amazing as well.
