Velvet?

Has anyone seen a white velvet dress? I just saw photos of one online, but it was more of an "idea" thing for winter weddings rather than the dress itself being for sale. But it was beautiful and now I find myself intrigued by white velvet dresses. I just can't find one for sale.

Velvet should only be worn between October and February, so that limits it's popularity.  It also shows water marks and perspiration easily, so it is not practical.  There is no rule that you can't have a velvet wedding dress, though.

I think velvet can be tough to wear, which might be why you're not finding what you're looking for. I just goggled white velvet dress and came up with a lot of images. What exactly are you looking for? Sleeves? No or small sleeves? Loan or short? More details about what you're looking for might help.
