Student/start-up photographer in the Philly area?

Hi everyone! I'm currently up in Boston for school but we are planning our wedding for the Philly area next September. I've been looking at photographers and the prices are just way out of our budget. Does anyone know of any photography school programs in Philly where you can post a job for a student, or does anyone know of someone starting out who might be a little more affordable?
