Where to buy chargers for dinner table?

It's been quite some time since I've been on this board!  I'm helping my son/FDIL with their upcoming wedding.  We are in the market to purchase chargers to create a little more glamor on the guests tables.  We are going to need about 275 charges, so needs to be cost effective.  Hoping to spend about $1.00 a piece, if at all possible.  Any ideas on where to purchase in bulk.  Also looking for small votive holders.  There used to be a store off of Hall Road that sold in bulk, but not sure if it's still there.  Any ideas are appreciated.

The Christmas Tree Shop on Hall Rd, at the intersection of Schoenher has them, I think they were 4 for $5 which is the best price I've seen. I was just there and they have tons of colors. I believe they can do special orders. 

For chargers (don't know the price) and inexpensive votives, go to Dealer's Discount Floral, on 10 Mile Rd about half mile east of Van Dyke in Centerline

They aren't open on Sundays, but have later hours the rest of the week.
