We booked 3 seperate transfers via e-mail and online. It was easy. The contact was nice and informative. However when you want to book for an hour they make up you reserve an hour and a half. The drivers were nice and didn't drive crazy, one was just a couple minutes late and one had no problem picking us up a half an hour later or dropping off guests at the hotel next door after our original drop off point. It was a hard decision because reviews were mixed but we had no problems and were able to pay for everything beforehand even tip. There was an e-mail confirmations mix up because they didn't have my phone number but a quick call fixed everything.
We rented the regular shuttle bus and a Tahoe both were clean and rode well.
We also used Bell Trans through the chapel for a limo to take us to get our license. The car was clean and we got cold water. He waited awhile for us as it was lunchtime on a Monday we had the car for an hour and it probably took an hour and a half. It was definitely worth the pre registration online at least that line was moving!
