Red carpet Limousine did not provide the services listed in our contract. The limo was 40 minutes late. The driver we requested was not present. The limo was supposed to be a 22 passenger vehicle and they gave us the 18 passenger limo. The limo did not have the beer or champagne listed in the contract. The limo driver did get the drinks but put them in a cardboard box with ice and placed it at the base of the brides feet. The limo driver got one bottle of champagne for 18 people. The limo driver was suppoed to have an aisle runner and a red carpet when exiting the church where we were married, but none was present. The driver pulled over to request payment before delivery was complete and would not proceed. Then after speaking with the company for a refund of partial payment they were nothing but rude and would not believe a word we said. He cursed at me and asked if I wanted to meet so we could fight it out. I would strongly recommend not using this vendor!!!
