So, we're having an early afternoon brunch ceremony & reception in Fort Greene, BK (the lovely Ici, which is PERFECT for our budget and small guest-list), and will have the venue only until about 4pm. The restaurant's event space is rather snug so noooot really a lot of space for dancing (though we only will have about 45 people). We had an idea that we could remedy the lack of dancing by inviting people to meet back up that evening for an afterparty... We specifically want/need a place that is not going to necessitate a buy-out. We can't afford that; rather, we need a place that has a dancefloor, and an area that we can reserve, and we'll open a tab. I've had people say to "just show up" but I don't want to count on that and then we get to a place and ooooops, there's no room for us, and now we have to roam around with 30+ people trying to find a plan B. If anyone has any suggestions, that'd be great!
