Milwaukee area Florists

Hello,
We are getting married in June 2017 near Milwaukee. We are on the fence about hiring a florist or DIY-ing our flowers. We've looked into florists but haven't found one that we're happy with. If anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated!

Grandpa Frank's Flower Market in Greenfield...  They've done flowers for my aunt/uncle/cousins since I can remember and have always done a good job.

The biggest thing with florists is be up front about your budget and flexible to achieve your vision even if it means substituting out some blooms (and you've got to weigh what to add/subtract - what are floral "needs" and what are "wants".  They're always going to come in above your budget if you don't tell them what number you're comfortable with spending!  If you want an idea to put this into perspective - check out online floral sites - each of the flowers has different price point levels. 

The thing to remember about DIY Floral is that it really may not save you a penny once you factor in the value of your time when you've got three-million details to attend to in the days leading up to your wedding and the materials.  Sure, running up to Stein's for supplies is a ton of fun, but it adds up REALLY quickly!  It's also time dependent during a time when you really should be stepping back, relaxing, and preparing your self for the major transition in life you're about to make.
