I know this isn't the exact dress, but may hep you find a place to start.

If you take the photo to a local bridal salon, they may be able to identify it, or also help you find something similar. I've looked at a lot of gowns trying to find one similar to one I didn't think would be available local that has a similar look (just with long sleeves). You might want to look through the rest of the Maggie Sottero/Sottero and Midgley collection - Allure also has a lot of all lace.

I wish you luck, and I'll keep looking through ones I'd bookmarked to see if I happened upon it somewhere. All over lace seems to be very popular right now!

(as a side note - it may not be in production anymore. I'm seeing this image being posted to pinterest boards and websites over 2 years ago. most styles aren't continued for that long.)
