    Literally about half of these were due to poor planning.  No shit, making people stand in excessive heat or cold is going to have bad results.

    The frozen church one - I'm not sure which part bugs me more, the no heat in winter or being '2 hours in' to the ceremony, no way do I want to be at a ceremony over 2 hours!

    Right? "There were some wisecracks, but nothing blatantly racist."  Um, if people are making wisecracks about your race, that IS being blatantly racist.
