who are you using? and what flavor and style are you getting. 
Is anyone doing cupcakes instead of a cake?

    I used Mystic Market (East, but I think it's the same baker for all three locations.) We did a tier of chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling (the largest bottom layer), and two tiers of vanilla cake with cannoli filling (one that was served at the wedding & our anniversary tier.)
