@southernpeach89 I cleaned out clothes the other day too, feels great to get rid of things... except I need to actually get rid of them... I have 5 bags waiting for donation in my basement!
@Pambeesly524 I would love to try homebrewing, but I fear putting a ton of work and money into something and having it taste bad! 
@jenna8984 LOL at Salvation Army! I provided mine with a lot of nice stuff over the years. I'm too lazy to even attempt to sell clothes, so I'm going to drop my clothes off at the YWCA near my work since they do a lot for women in my community. Also, I need to read that decluttering book. I love the horizontal rather than vertical idea. I found shirts I forgot I had this weekend! 
@minskat30 You're a great dog mom! I hope Rajah's surgery goes smoothly and he recovers fast.

@CocobellaF Oh geez, I don't know how I would deal having to get into a storm shelter. Tornadoes aren't a thing where I'm at.

I'm late getting in here today because I came to work a little late AND took a long lunch since it is a coworker's last week. One of my coworkers announced at lunch that I turn 30 the day after tomorrow, and apparently now some of them are scheming. Oh my. I really don't expect anything, but still. 

Last night the weather was perfect. BF went for a run downtown so I met him midway and we took a walk together down to the Capitol building and back downtown where we stopped at our favorite place for some food. I had a grilled chicken salad.

Tomorrow I plan to go to the DMV to get my driver's license renewed. I'm not really looking forward to it, but hopefully I look better than I do in my current license photo!!

Oh great.  Just got an email saying our building (at work) doesn't have a secure storm shelter.  We are trying to locate one.  That's the government for you.

@futuremrshistorian - All safe here!  Just wind/hail/flooding damage.  No tornadoes in my immediate area.

All safe here as well. The storms weakened substantially by the time they reached us, so we had lots of rain and very small hail.
