Weekly Accountability: 5/23-5/27

I'll get us going this week!

Monday, May 23

Breakfast:  Oatmeal with honey, a mini-frittata, matcha green tea, chocolate soy milk, water, coffee (apparently I need a lot of liquids in the morning...)

Lunch: Salad with kale, broccoli, green peppers, and fish

Dinner:  Probably pork tenderloin with roast brussels sprouts

Snacks: Apple, popcorn

Exercise:  Yoga tonight.  And I just downloaded a bunch of new music and a 5k-to-10k app, so I'm going to kick ass on my run here in a few minutes.

Monday Question:  OOTD?

At the moment, running shorts and my favorite running tank (it has a unicorn on the front!).  I'll probably change into something a little more presentable later, because I need to go by the office.

    Breakfast:  Cinnamon and spice oatmeal (6)

    Lunch: Turkey BLT (half) and Thai Chicken Salad (half) from Panera (14 pts)

    Dinner:  Leftover pulled pork sandwich (8), glass of wine (5)

    Snacks: Banana

    Exercise: Cleaning the house

  • Breakfast:  A new all-natural breakfast bar I found that I really like - Curate bar, banana

    Lunch: I brought a salad but I really don't want it

    Dinner:  Probably homemade chicken salad

    Snacks: Yogurt, grapes

    Exercise:  Gym - elliptical for at least 30 minutes

    Breakfast:  Made overnight oatmeal with chia seeds, oats, blueberries, and almond milk... way too bland so tomorrow's attempt will include honey

    Lunch: Leftover quinoa taco salad

    Dinner:  More leftover quinoa taco salad (omg made so freaking much haha)

    Snacks: Berries, Pineapple, banana, granola, grapefruit

    Exercise:  Week 5 TIU Challenge - Kettlebell toning

    Breakfast:  fruit smoothie (homemade with banana, strawberries, pineapple, raspberries, OJ).

    Lunch: tuna sandwich with lettuce & avocado, 100 cal bag of chips

    Dinner:  Have steak and chicken strips marinating in teriyaki. With roasted zucchini & rice.

    Snacks: English muffin with peanut butter, slices of American cheese.

    Exercise:  N/A back pain hurts just to stand.

  • @PamBeesly524 I combined yours with a taco stuffed pepper recipe.  So there was quinoa, black beans, and meat (because heaven forbid I make a meatless dinner for my bf).

    Shorts and a sports bra or a tank when I run; full-length leggings and a tank with a built-in bra for yoga.  I'm a firm believer in "the brighter the clothes, the harder I'll work".

    Dinner:  Not sure yet - maybe the asian zoodles recipe I've been wanting to try

    Exercise:  Gym - 30 minutes elliptical

    Honestly, I'm pretty boring when it comes to workout clothes. Maybe once I lose some weight I'll have the urge to buy cuter clothes, but for now a t-shirt and capri's are enough to get the job done.

    Breakfast:  Raisin maple oatmeal.  1/2 a grapefruit. coffeee

    Lunch: Parfait with berries. Sugar snap peas. Carrots. water

    Dinner:  Leftovers 

    Snacks: Apple, Banana, protein bar, frozen grapes

    Exercise:  Total body plus abs

    Breakfast:  same fruit smoothie that I make every day

    Lunch: leftover dinner- teriyaki steak & chicken strips

    Dinner:  taco pasta (I can't find the exact recipe to post but it's spiral pasta, ground beef w/taco seasoning, catalina salad dressing all mixed together then topped with lettuce, olives, tomatoes, cheese) We make a huge mixing bowl and eat it for like 3 days.

    Snacks: English muffin w/ peanut butter, trail mix

    Exercise:  maybe my yoga dvd if I feel up to it

    Breakfast:  Skinny bagel with CC (5), banana, coffee with SF hazelnut (1)

    Lunch: I think it's an old Plated spicy root veggie chili that I made a while ago. We had so many leftovers so I froze them. I didn't make it food shopping yesterday so I grabbed this on my way out the door this morning. I'm guessing ~6?

    Dinner:  Ummm either turkey hotdogs or I need to figure something out and finally go food shopping.

    Snacks: Apple, picklepak, Goldfish (4)

    Exercise:  Negative

    Monday Tuesday Question:  Favorite clothes to work out in?

    I always just wear cropped yogs and a tank. Most of my workout clothes are from ON.

    Lunch: I brought my usual but I'm not sure if I will have that or not. Anyways.. Yogurt (3) and Pringles (5)

    Dinner:  Tacos or chicken and rice. Not sure yet.

    Snacks: Applesauce, pickles, WW Cheese stick (1)

    Exercise:  Depends on how I feel after work

    I have been loving the new Marvel workout line from Kohls, so usually crop yogas and a Captain America or Iron Man sports bra with a tank.

    I'm super boring. Whatever old t-shirt I can find or a tank, cropped yogs or long shorts, and a double sports bra to contain the boobies

    Lunch: chicken noodle soup, baby carrots, applesauce

    Dinner:  shake n bake pork chops, veggies, rolls

    Snacks: Greek yogurt and this little snack pack thing from Target that has cheese, fruit, and I think trail mix.

    Exercise:  Nada

    Tuesday Question:  Favorite clothes to work out in?
    I like to wear compression capris, bright sports bra, and a racerback tank-- all dri-wick material preferably. Most of my stuff is from Old Navy.

    Breakfast:  English muffin with avocado and Frank's (5), coffee with SF hazelnut (1) 

    Lunch: WW Greek Chicken Sausage and a side salad (9)

    Dinner:  Turkey hotdog (4), WW chile lime corn (3), cucumber and tomato salad (1)

    Snacks: Banana, cucumber and red pepper with skinny blue cheese dressing (2), picklepak

    Exercise:  Negative

    Wednesday Question:  Favorite summer dinner?

    Anything on the grill with a refreshing side. Basically anything similar to my dinner tonight is exactly what I love to eat all summer long.

    Dinner:  Venison steak and rice

    Snacks: Sliced peaches and watermelon

    Exercise:  None tonight

    I love hamburgers and hot dogs! I also love a good steak and baked potato!

    I love doing chicken tips on the grill. We marinate them in either Italian dressing or Teriyaki and cut them small.

    Exercise:  Supposed to do Arms and Booty, but I don't think it'll be happening today

    Grilled flank steak. Burgers. Sweet corn on the cob.

    Lunch: Chicken salad with crackers, strawberries

    Dinner:  Turkey sandwich (and possibly baked chips)

    Hot dogs and burgers with watermelon. I also love refreshing summer drinks like lemonade or fruit coolers.

    Dinner:  SUSHI (whatevs)

    Snacks: Banana, Goldfish (4), Picklepak, red bell pepper

    Exercise:  Nope

    @GoldenPenguin 's pasta salad, potato salad, egg salad, chicken salad, coleslaw, cucumber salad, Greek salad with extra olives, baby spinach with goat cheese, craisins, and walnuts -- I seriously LOVE salads.

    Salad's are great. I love Caesar, Garden with Italian or Ranch, Greek Pasta Salad, regular Greek salad, Taco Salad... YUM!

    Lunch: leftover cheeseburger & 100 cal bag of chips 

    Dinner:  sour cream chicken over rice

    Snacks: English muffin w peanut butter, trail mix

    Exercise:  we learned some simple ones at birthing class last night for strengthening and stretching hips/ pelvis/ etc. so I'm going to try and do those

    MMM all of the above! Caesar, Waldorf, pasta & potato- as long as it's mayo or olive oil based and not that bullshit miracle whip.

    Dinner:  Whatever my bf's mom makes

    Exercise:  Since I didn't workout yesterday today will be arms, legs, and booty... 

    Thursday Question:  Favorite salad or "salad"? 
    Pasta salad (with Italian dressing), potato salad, German potato salad, 3 bean salad, taco salad, fruit salad

    Greens - As long as there are no mushrooms or bleu cheese, I love any kind of salad... but my tops are Greek salads and summer salads

    Exercise:  I did 5k-to10k W1D2 this morning.  Yoga tonight.

    Oh I love salads so much.  Chicken salad is probably my 
    favorite "salad," and I love anything with greens and chopped veggies.  I had a really lovely one once with spinach, bacon, and bleu cheese dressing.

    Breakfast:  hot chocolate, English muffin with peanut butter

    Lunch: leftover chicken sour cream rice

    Dinner: don't have anything specific to make so probably pasta w/ butter

    Snacks: I mixed up a French onion dip this morning so when I get home I'll be snacking on that with chips!

    Exercise:  nope

    Friday question: Any holiday food treats you're especially looking forward to this weekend? 
    Don't have any BBQ's to attend, so probably going to the clam shack for fried clams and lobster roll.
