Breakfast: Oatmeal with honey, a mini-frittata, matcha green tea, chocolate soy milk, water, coffee (apparently I need a lot of liquids in the morning...)
Lunch: Salad with kale, broccoli, green peppers, and fish
Dinner: Probably pork tenderloin with roast brussels sprouts
Snacks: Apple, popcorn
Exercise: Yoga tonight. And I just downloaded a bunch of new music and a 5k-to-10k app, so I'm going to kick ass on my run here in a few minutes.
Monday Question: OOTD?
At the moment, running shorts and my favorite running tank (it has a unicorn on the front!). I'll probably change into something a little more presentable later, because I need to go by the office.
