That's pretty cute! I don't usually like peplum but I like that it's not as structured as a normal peplum shirt.

If we were to get another it'd likely be a dog. Matt really wants a German Sheppard since he grew up with them. Tbh I don't feel like we're ready for the responsibility right now, especially with moving.

The cottage we went to last August on the water in Maine. I would love to be on the water for a week!

This house looks so odd with the huge decks in the front.. but look at that water view! It also has a finished basement and fenced in yard.

Another lab. I want one, it's just not practical. We wouldn't be able to go away because everyone who watches Tessie already has a dog and three to watch is a bit much. Maybe some day.

Looks like it'll get you about 2400 square feet on an 8000 square foot lot, in my neighborhood.

ETA: Apparently in Portland, $350k gets you a studio apartment, if you want to be near anything fun.
