Custom Wedding Band

My fiancé has decided that instead of getting a traditional band from the same jewler we got my rings at he wants something a little more unique that we can design ourselves.
Has anyone had any positive experiences with any sellers on Etsy or other online retailers? We want to keep it pretty inexpensive, $200-$300.
Any suggestions would be super helpful. Thanks!

The two most important questions are what metal are you looking for, and what weight.  I would go to your local jeweler (not a mall storefront) who actually does his own work.
My daughter and her husband went the custom route, but his ring was platinum, and it cost $1,000.
You might try looking at pawn shops.  You can find a vintage ring, and they sell by weight, not by design.  If you find something he likes, be prepared to dicker on the price.
