Brides....did you take the shuttle, or do I need a limo??

Hi, ladies.  I'm getting married (ceremony & reception) at a country club that provides a bridal suite for me to get ready in.    So, I won't be "arriving" in a limo, and I am arranging a Hotel Shuttle for our out-of-town guests to get to and from the venue.    My question is - after the wedding, on the way back to the hotel, is it tacky to just hop on the shuttle in my wedding dress?  Should we get a limo, just for that ride back to the hotel?  It seems like a waste of money, but I'm considering it.   Thanks!!  - Michelle

    I'd hop in the shuttle.   You won't care.   You'll enjoy your guests!   Continue the party!


    That said, what's the plan for getting gifts out of your venue?

    My daughter, SIL and the wedding party and their dates used the shuttle that we hired. They had photos at the ceremony venue, while the driver picked up guests who were walking the few blocks to the reception. It worked out very well.
