Boundaries Book

I know that in the past, there has been recommendations for a book about setting boundaries. I have a few friends who are having problems with their parents and ILs and are interested in setting boundaries. Can someone remind me the name of the book?

No, sorry, it wasn't me.  I usually recommend a book for daughters of mothers with Narcissistic Personality Disorder.  My NPD mother never learned boundaries, and was not capable of empathy or real love.  I partially solved the problem by moving 1100 miles away from her and changing my expectations of her behavior.
