Remake of Mother's Wedding gown

Hi! I am looking for a designer/dressmaker to transform my mother's wedding gown into my reception/after party dress. Trying to stay reasonable in terms of cost, but I know it would mean a lot to her if I were to incorporate it into my wedding! I am located in Glastonbury, but willing to travel around 2hrs or so.

    You may have luck for a recommendation from a local bridal shop or from the social media place NEXTDOOR.   

    It's probably going to be a big undertaking so I would anticipate that the cost would be at least a few hundred dollars.
