I just wanted to let everyone know that I have been dealing with Jos. A Bank for our wedding tux rentals and they are INCOMPETENT! I would NOT reccomend them to anyone - we have a small, simple wedding party and they have repeatedly screwed up the order and measurements and no one seems to be very helpful. I have called the Corporate offices and the woman that handles the special events is rude, condescending and useless.
This is the only hiccup we've had throughout the wedding planning and it's crazy because this should be the easiest thing.
