Hi ladies! Just wanted to let everyone know that if you were trying to decide between renting or buying tuxes like I was, I found a great place to buy tuxes. We went to S&B Formal Wear in Farmingdale and were able to buy a tux, shirt, suspenders, and shoes for a really good price. The only thing we need to do is rent the vests/ties from a shop since they couldn't get me the color I needed (they do have a large array of colors, just not what I needed). Ed the owner was a pleasure to work with and they were extremelly knowledgable about menswear. Plus, our guys now own a tux for the same price as renting one. After we bought the tuxes, we headed straight to my seamstress that I love, Alterations Unlimited by Gina, and she did her magic to make the guys look great. One of the groomsmen was actually completed right there on the spot because he only needed a hem on his pants. My fiance will be heading back to S&B and Gina for his last 3 guys to buy and alter. Definitely a great experience.
