Looking for someone who makes custom flower girl dresses in the Houston area

I am looking for someone in the Houston area that can make a custom flower girl dress.  I found the perfect dress for a flower girl, but it doesn't come small enough for my second flower girl.  I want to see if I can find someone to duplicate it only smaller.  Any suggestions or recommendations would be great!  I know there are a few we met at the Bridal Extravaganza in 2007 when my sister was planning her wedding, but I cannot find the info for them .

It's a place on OST @ Kirby called Children's Etc in the Fiesta Shopping Ctr. They make custom dresses , my sis gets my nieces easter dresses made there . LOL They also have a big selection of dresses in stock as well.
