costa rica wedding...is it valid in texas???

Has anyone gotten married or knows how do get married in costa rica and it be recognized/valid in texas?  I know the costa rica requirements but and unclear about what texas needs to be sure it is recognized. Any feedback is appreciated!!

I would call the county clerks office to find out the requirements. :-)

If it is valid and legal in Costa Rica, then it's valid in Texas - you just need to file something once you get back.
