Wedding Venue

I am looking for a Ceremony and Reception site that allows outside catering and has a open bar. All of my family will be coming from out of state, so a place with hotels either connected or close by would be great.
Any information/suggestions/ideas would be helpful as we are getting married on May 27th 2012.

    Location - I prefer somewhere close to the IAH airport, but if that doesn't work any were in north houston, downtown, or midtown area.
     Budget - $60/person?
    wedding size - 320-350 people
    It would be great if i can provide food and alcohol from outside.
