Has anyone ever used, is going to use, or has heard anything about vibrant wings butterfly release? They are one of the prefered/recomended venders of Ashelynn Manor and this is something I really want to do at my wedding on November 6th. I sent them an email 2 weeks ago and haven't recieved a response. I tried calling yesterday during the day and got an automated message saying they weren't accepting calls. Tried calling around 5 yesterday and it rang and then when it should have gone to voicemail it said the mailbox was full.
I do not plan on using them as I don't feel comfortable giving money to someone for services when they can't even pick up the phone or return an email. But, I anted to hear if anyone else has had this problem before I say anything to Ashelynn Manor about it.
